一、我们收集的信息 · Data Collection
Dayoo 不收集任何个人身份信息。你在应用中创建的所有内容（包括文字记录、起始日期等）仅存储在你的设备本地，不会上传至任何服务器，我们也无法访问这些内容。
Dayoo does not collect any personal information. All content you create in the app (including text records, start date, etc.) is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to any server. We have no access to your data.
二、数据存储方式 · Data Storage
- 所有记录数据通过 CoreData 框架存储在你的设备本地All records are stored locally via CoreData on your device.
- 应用偏好设置通过 UserDefaults 存储在你的设备本地App preferences are stored locally via UserDefaults.
- 我们的服务器无法访问你的任何数据Our servers have no access to any of your data.
- 卸载应用后，所有本地数据将被系统清除All local data will be cleared by the system when the app is uninstalled.
三、数据共享 · Data Sharing
Dayoo 不会与任何第三方共享你的数据。我们不接入任何第三方数据分析、广告投放或用户行为追踪服务。
Dayoo does not share your data with any third party. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or user behavior tracking services.
四、内容合规 · Content Compliance
为符合应用商店规范，Dayoo 在本地对用户输入的内容进行基本的合规性处理。此过程完全在你的设备本地完成，结果不会上传或共享给任何人。
To comply with App Store guidelines, Dayoo performs basic content compliance checks locally on your device. This process runs entirely on-device and results are never uploaded or shared.
五、PDF 导出与分享 · PDF Export
Dayoo 支持将你的记录生成为 PDF 长卷并分享。PDF 由你主动操作生成，分享行为完全由你控制，我们不参与、不记录任何分享过程。
Dayoo supports exporting your records as a PDF Life Scroll. PDF generation is initiated by you, and all sharing is entirely under your control. We do not participate in or record any sharing activity.
六、数据安全 · Data Security
所有数据存储在你的设备本地，安全性由你的设备保护机制（如面容 ID、密码锁）保障。建议定期备份设备以防数据丢失。
All data is stored locally on your device, protected by your device's own security mechanisms (Face ID, passcode, etc.). We recommend regular device backups to prevent data loss.
七、儿童隐私 · Children's Privacy
Dayoo 不专门面向13岁以下儿童，也不有意收集儿童个人信息。如有相关疑虑，请通过 App Store 页面联系我们。
Dayoo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have concerns, please contact us through the App Store page.
八、政策变更 · Policy Changes
如本政策发生重大变更，我们将通过应用内通知告知你。继续使用 Dayoo 即视为同意更新后的政策。
If this policy changes significantly, we will notify you through an in-app notification. Continued use of Dayoo constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

二、应用说明 · About the App
Dayoo 是一款个人生活记录工具，帮助用户以天数为单位记录人生历程。应用所有数据存储于用户设备本地，不提供社交、云同步或联网功能。
Dayoo is a personal life recording tool that helps users document their life journey day by day. All data is stored locally on the user's device. The app does not offer social features, cloud sync, or network connectivity.
三、使用规范 · Usage Guidelines
使用 Dayoo 时，你同意：
- 不在应用内创建、存储违法、有害或侵权内容Not create or store illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- 不尝试破解、反编译或修改应用程序Not attempt to crack, decompile, or modify the app.
- 对你在应用内创建的所有内容承担完全责任Take full responsibility for all content you create in the app.
- 不将应用用于任何商业目的或非法用途Not use the app for any commercial or illegal purposes.
四、内容责任 · Content Responsibility
你在 Dayoo 中创建的所有内容均由你个人负责。应用包含基本的内容合规机制，检测到违规内容时将提示用户修改，最终内容责任由用户承担。
You are solely responsible for all content you create in Dayoo. The app includes basic content compliance checks and will prompt you to revise flagged content. Final responsibility for content rests with the user.
五、PDF 导出与分享 · PDF Export
Dayoo 支持将记录导出为 PDF 并分享。你在分享时应确保内容合法合规，因分享内容引发的任何责任由你个人承担，与 Dayoo 无关。
Dayoo supports exporting records as PDF for sharing. You are responsible for ensuring shared content is lawful. Any liability arising from shared content rests solely with you and is unrelated to Dayoo.
六、知识产权 · Intellectual Property
Dayoo 应用的设计、代码、界面及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经授权，不得复制、修改或分发应用的任何部分。
The design, code, interface, and related content of Dayoo are the intellectual property of the developer. No part of the app may be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.
七、免责声明 · Disclaimer
- Dayoo 按现状提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证Dayoo is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- 开发者不对因使用本应用造成的任何损失承担责任The developer is not liable for any losses arising from use of the app.
- 应用数据的备份责任由用户自行承担Users are responsible for backing up their own app data.
- 因不可抗力或系统故障导致的数据丢失，开发者不承担责任The developer is not responsible for data loss due to force majeure or system failures.
八、服务变更 · Service Changes
开发者保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利，重大变更将提前通过应用内通知告知用户。
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notification.
九、协议变更 · Agreement Changes
本协议如有重大变更，将在应用更新时通知用户。继续使用 Dayoo 即视为同意新协议。
Significant changes to this agreement will be communicated via app updates. Continued use of Dayoo constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
十、适用法律 · Governing Law
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决。
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
