Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Final Note (“the App”), developed by Qi Su (“Developer”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and security of the information you store in the App
  • Maintaining access to your device and Face ID / passcode
  • Creating backups of important data

We strongly recommend keeping a separate secure backup of critical information. The Developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of Qi Su. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
